Terms of Use

These terms apply to Find My Number, the game available at https://findmynumber.app and as an app (the "game"), operated by Find My Number, based in Greece ("we"), and offered to players all over the world. By playing you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not play.

The game

The game is free to play and may show advertising. We may add, change or remove features and modes at any time, and we may stop offering the game or its online rooms. We do our best to keep online play available, but we do not promise it will always work, be error-free or be available in every country.

Who can play

• You must be at least 13 years old to play online. If you are under the age of majority where you live, play with the permission of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms for you.
• You are responsible for following the laws of the place you play from.

Playing with others

• Choose a room name that is not offensive, misleading or someone else's. Other players see it.
• Play fairly. Do not use tools, scripts or modified versions of the game to see other players' numbers, to automate play or to disrupt a room.
• Do not harass, threaten or abuse other players, and do not use the game for anything unlawful.
• We may close a room, or block a device from online play, if these rules are broken.

What is ours

The game, its name, artwork, characters, sounds, code and text belong to Find My Number or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws worldwide. You may play the game for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, sell, rent, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute it, or use its name or artwork, without our written permission. Recording or streaming your own games is welcome.

App stores

If you installed the game from Google Play, the Apple App Store or another store, the store's own terms also apply to your use of the app. The store is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the game or for supporting it; that is our job.

Privacy

How we handle information when you play is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

No warranty, limited liability

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about its availability, accuracy or fitness for any purpose, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss or damage arising from playing it, including lost games, lost data or the actions of other players. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us to play, which is nothing. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law in your country gives you and that cannot be waived, or liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, and the courts of Greece have jurisdiction over any dispute, without taking away the mandatory consumer protections and the courts that the law of the country where you live gives you. If you have a problem, write to us first at support@findmynumber.app: almost everything can be sorted out with an email. If part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply. These terms are written in English; if we publish a translation, the English version prevails. Questions: support@findmynumber.app.
